- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪really good surgery but the receptionists mostly have severe attitude problems. Rude, don't appear to care etc.....however these are social issues and not the most important requirement of a doctors. What is a problem is that the receptionists here almost always fail to send the prescriptions to the designated pharmacies. This problem is so common that it becomes a conversational topic when people discover that they both use Cumberland house surgery. That IS a problem.by Gerwyn JonesNovember 02, 2017
